Operation Honor Guard was founded by a U.S. Army veteran with a clear vision:

to ensure every deceased veteran's headstone is clean and identifiable, regardless of where they are buried.

Their mission is to honor fallen soldiers by cleaning and restoring their headstones with the hope of bringing new life to their final resting place.

2020 Philly Veterans Day Parade

This video was created for the virtual Veterans Day Parade in Philadelphia, PA on November 8, 2020.  It's a brief video summarizing our cause.  Hope you enjoy.

It was an honor to be part of the 2022 Wreaths Across America ceremony held at the Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery.  The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) hosted the event and asked Operation Honor Guard to be the key note speaker.

We were also asked to lay the wreath for the POA/MIA soldiers during the ceremony.  It was truly an honor and thank all those involved  for organizing such a remarkable and memorable event.

Let no vandalism of avarice or neglect, no ravages of time testify to the present or to the coming generations that we have forgotten as a people the cost of a free and undivided republic.”

- General John A. Logan
